• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Northern Bloom Treks and any required deposits have been successfully processed.
• Payment: Full payment or a deposit as specified for each service is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
• Pricing: Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by Participant: Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service booked (e.g., trek, tour, workshop). Please refer to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking or contact us for specific details. Generally, cancellations made closer to the start date may incur higher cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits.
• Cancellation by Northern Bloom Treks: We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, insufficient participant numbers, or other operational reasons. In such an event, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses, such as non-refundable airfare or other travel costs.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in appropriate physical condition for the chosen activity. Some services may require a certain level of fitness or experience. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or relevant health information prior to booking.
• Adherence to Instructions: Participants must follow the instructions of our guides and staff at all times, especially concerning safety and environmental protection.
• Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate personal equipment as specified in the pre-trip information.
